我们早前发表的一份园艺治疗研究报告「园艺治疗对体弱长者之效益：随机对照试验」获选为美国园艺治疗协会2019年度查尔斯．刘易斯杰出研究奖的优胜者。这份获得国际肯定的研究报告是由香港理工大学护理学院、香港园艺治疗协会及博爱医院一起进行的。让我们为这个专业研究团队鼓掌吧！团队获邀出席今年十月份于密歇根州举行的美国园艺治疗协会2019周年大会的颁奖典礼，以及将于大会上就此研究报告作出演讲。
Our Horticultural Therapy research on “Effects of Horticulture on Frail and Prefrail Nursing Home Residents: A Randomized Controlled Trial” was selected as the Winner of 2019 Charles A. Lewis Excellence in Research Award from the American Horticultural Therapy Association for the best research in the field of horticultural therapy in 2019. This research, conducted with the effort of School of Nursing of the HK PolyU, HKATH and Pok Oi Hospital, is now proved to be internationally recognized. Let us give a big clap to the professional research team! The research team is invited to attend the award ceremony and to present the paper at the AHTA Annual Conference in Michigan this coming October.
